This course gives participants the skills to navigate high-pressure situations and make effective decisions during crises. Designed for individuals and teams, the course explores critical thinking frameworks, risk assessment strategies, and leadership principles to manage “mission critical” incidents while balancing speed and accuracy.  Through real-world case studies, interactive simulations, and group exercises, attendees will build confidence in their ability to respond to crises efficiently, minimize impacts, and foster team collaboration during challenging scenarios.
