Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Training
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's Office of Emergency Management and the Police Department, designed an Airport Familiarization Training to provide the region's first responders with specific information critical to a Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) response at either Dulles International or Reagan National. There are two trainings, one course for each airport. Completing the self-guided trainings will better prepare regional partners to assist the Airports Authority during a crisis.
Each training will take approximately 35 minutes to complete.
In the near future, the Airports Authority will offer this training in person, accompanied by a tour of the respective airport.
