The Medical Supply and Pharmaceutical Working Group was established in 2008, as a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional entity. The group’s purpose is to ensure a strategic regional approach is employed in the development of medical mitigation strategies to enhance terrorism preparedness and response efforts.
The working group is comprised of jurisdictional representatives from the region’s fire and emergency medical services (EMS), law enforcement, public health, and emergency management agencies.
