The purpose of the EOC Exchange Program is to provide jurisdictions with the ability to share or borrow EOC personnel in urgent conditions. This EOC Exchange Seminar will provide participants with familiarity with the host jurisdiction’s EOC operation, processes, and other information needed for quick integration. EOC Exchange Guides, providing the EOC structure and key information for quick integration into operations, will be provided electronically by the host jurisdiction
